I am very pleased with this kennel. It arrived undamaged. There was no rust or bent parts. All parts were included. It was easy to put together. LATER: Although the manufacturer says it is waterproof, I see now that if a drop of water even touches it, then rust appears. I have it UNDER a side patio roof but it is rusting already!. Margaret.
