Pretty good. Holes are predrilled but only on outer edges. Be careful when screwing together because it can split very easily. This is exactly what I was looking for as a temporary coop for our ducks. It went together quickly and is extremely sturdy. The only improvement I would make is for the cover to be waterproof. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. Well this is now called the quainsion, since we have three button quail living in this little mansion. It was not difficult to put together. My fiance would have but he was sick so I struggled through it and I can't even nail in a nail straight. Lol he did put some waterproofing on it so it will last longer, and for quail, he put a second latching mechanism so it will be difficult for raccoons to get in. Dimensions are accurate even though the set feels smaller than pictured. A couple drawbacks experienced were that some of the panel pieces came in warped, not bad but enough to deal with. A couple panels were also cracked with small pieces coming off. Overall could use a little design revision, but not a bad setup, just use it somewhere that it can be covered / protected from the elements as it will not survive multiple seasons fully exposed.. This hutch is the perfect size for our rabbit who lives in our screened in back porch. The sheltered end is perfect for keeping Cocoa warm and dry, when necessary. The wheels are a plus anytime we need to move it. The slide out tray is handy, but since we can go a few days between cleanups, we ended up removing it and just sliding a larger container underneath.
