Arrived quickly and well packaged. Our dog is only in her crate occasionally but due to some behavioral issues (shes a rescue with a terrible past) we will need a crate available, so I wanted something that looked like a piece of furniture. My husband and I spent just about over an hour putting it together. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend it. My -1 star is for when you pull the corner protectors off, be careful! Heavy duty dog crate frame composed of widened metal bars, much stronger than wire bars, both for strength and aesthetics, not easily deformed.

I have an anxious puppy who doesnt like to be away from his people any amount of time. We had an wire crate before and he really hated it. He actually was able to break a piece of wire from it and free himself. This crate however is extra sturdy and although he may bite and scratch, theres nothing more than light scratches on the metal. We leave it open and he will go in on his own a nap, something he wouldnt do with the other kennel. I believe the wood top makes him feel secure. Were very happy with this purchase.. Chef. NC.
