I have the small one, which fits my 6.9 lb cat, but I do think she could use more room, so I lucked out and found this large one (it seems to be sold out everywhere!). She loves to use the bottom of the small one as a bed and it helped immensely when we had to take her to the vet. There’s not a huge difference between the sizes but enough to help. I docked one star because of the state of the box when it arrived. I’m surprised the product wasn’t damaged. This is my absolute favorite carrier and I hope to train my cat to be attached to the lead in the carrier with a harness so we can get her more used to being in the car, hopefully with the front panel on the carrier open.
