Amazing crate! It’s a beautiful piece of furniture with plenty of room for doggy to watch and see everything. Not sure what the negative reviews were about in regards to the instructions. Took me an hour and a half. Instructions were very clear, all parts were numbered, I had no issues. This crate is an absolute five, but I gave it a two to catch the manufacturers attention. The bottom piece had the holes drilled in the wrong place. I did not assemble it incorrectly, the piece was wrong. But the floor of the crate is the most important piece to build from and I needed to have the crate built. There was no time to play the back-and-forth game over should I argue to get a new piece or should I drill the holes myself if that piece had been right this would definitely have been a five - it is beautiful..
