Customers say

Customers praise the product for its sturdiness and excellent construction, noting that it is well-built and doesn't tip. Many appreciate that it comes fully assembled, simplifying setup. The size is also frequently mentioned as ideal, accommodating larger cats comfortably. However, some users found the top tier of a cubby to be too shallow for adult cats.
