Customers appreciate the product for its attractive appearance, budget-friendly price, and straightforward assembly process that is quick and easy. Many find it to be a great value and well-suited for smaller spaces, kids' rooms, or guest rooms. However, customers have mixed opinions regarding the size and overall quality. Reviewers frequently note that the product is much smaller, shorter, and flimsier than expected, with some citing cheap materials, plastic parts, and structural issues like bowing under weight or misaligned screw holes.
