Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, high quality, and attractive colors, noting that it looks expensive and complements various home decors. Many appreciate its great value, thickness, and comfortable feel underfoot. However, opinions are mixed regarding product quality, primarily due to significant shedding and fiber pulling, especially in homes with pets.
