Customers appreciate the product's cute appearance and unique carrot design, noting it complements home decor. The product is generally considered easy to assemble and functional, with cats showing immediate interest. However, some customers report issues with durability, specifically the product being top-heavy, tipping over, and the sisal rope unraveling.
