Customers find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its modern design. The size is generally considered good, with some noting it is larger than expected, which is beneficial for bigger cats. While many cats enjoy playing with the attached balls, their reaction to using the capsule as a bed is mixed, with some cats showing interest and others not. There are some concerns regarding the design, including the placement of the base making it tricky for cats to access the balls and a desire for a cover for the bottom bolt.
