Customers appreciate the product's design, ease of use, and functionality, noting that it effectively reduces litter tracking and is simple to clean. However, opinions on the size are mixed, with some finding it suitable for larger cats and others deeming it too small for truly jumbo felines. The design also receives some criticism regarding the door's functionality and potential issues with litter containment. Despite these concerns, many users find the product to be a good value.
