Customers find the product very useful, with many pets easily adapting to it. The product is praised for its ease of use and sturdiness, providing a reliable way for pets to access furniture. Reviewers also highlight the good quality of the materials and construction. While the size is generally considered appropriate for small dogs, some found the steps to be too narrow or too soft for their pets to use confidently.
