Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, noting it looks like furniture and effectively hides litter boxes, with many finding it easy to assemble. The product is also appreciated for its functionality in containing litter and odors, and many consider it a good value for the price. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the size, finding it smaller than expected and requiring a smaller litter box, particularly for larger cats.
