Customers find the product to be very cute and easy to assemble, making it an attractive alternative to traditional crates. The size is generally considered perfect for small dogs and cats. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with many reviews mentioning cheap materials, flimsiness, and the product falling apart or being chewed through easily. Some customers also noted that the product is not suitable for outdoor use despite being advertised as such. Despite these issues, many reviewers feel the product offers good value for its price.
