Customers generally find the product to be a good value, offering ample size and space for small animals. However, opinions are mixed regarding assembly, with some finding it straightforward and others experiencing significant difficulties due to missing pilot holes and unclear instructions. Durability is also a concern, as some users reported broken parts upon arrival or damage from chewing. The material is noted as being susceptible to chewing and difficult to clean due to its absorbency.
