Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and stylish design, noting its clean, classic, and timeless aesthetic. The quality is frequently praised, with many reviewers stating it looks and feels like a quality product. However, there are significant concerns regarding the materials used, with multiple customers expressing disappointment that certain elements, such as the cover plate and shower head, are made of plastic, which they feel detracts from the overall quality and value for the price. Some also found the product not worth the cost, especially as valves were not included.
