Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting it looks great and is well-made. Many find it to be a good value for the price, appreciating its durability and ability to withstand high traffic and pets. However, some customers have noted that the rug can be rough on bare feet and may take time to lay flat. Opinions on the color are generally positive, though a few reviewers mentioned a slight green undertone.
