Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its attractive appearance and how it enhances their outdoor spaces. The size is considered suitable for smaller areas by some, fitting well into specific spaces. Assembly is generally reported as easy and straightforward. However, opinions on comfort are mixed, with many finding the backrest too low and the seating not very comfortable for extended lounging. The size is also a point of contention, with several customers noting it is smaller than expected and more suited for children or urban decks. While some reviewers feel the product offers good value for its price, others express disappointment with the quality and durability, particularly concerning the wicker material and cushions.
