Customers appreciate the product for its great comfort, soft material, and perfect fit in crates or spaces. They note it provides good support and is well-made. However, opinions are mixed regarding packaging and thickness, as many report that the vacuum sealing causes the memory foam to stay compressed, fail to reach full size, and leave the cover fitting loosely.
