Customers appreciate the product for its good value, nice quality, and soft feel when properly fluffed in the dryer. The inserts fit standard pillow covers well and provide cozy support. However, customers have mixed opinions about texture, size, and comfort, with many noting that the product arrives very flat and requires washing and drying to reach full shape.
