Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and stylish design, noting it adds class and elegance to their rooms. Many find it to be a good value for the price, with some stating it is worth every penny. However, opinions on functionality are mixed, with some experiencing issues with dim lighting, sticky switches, and the inability to operate the fan and light independently, often requiring professional installation or additional accessories. Installation itself is also a point of contention, with some finding it easy while others describe it as complicated and time-consuming, especially with older wiring.
