Customers appreciate the product for serving its purpose well and providing a secure fit once attached. However, many users report issues with durability, noting that the brittle plastic breaks easily or can be chewed by pets. Additionally, buyers experience difficulties with compatibility, stating that it does not fit certain crates or wire spacings, and find the attachment caps hard to use.
