Customers praise the product for its sturdiness, excellent height, and durability, noting that it effectively saves their furniture and is well-liked by cats. Many also consider it a great value for the price and very useful for daily scratching. However, customers have mixed opinions about the material, with some reporting that it is cheap, thin, or falls apart quickly, while others find the burlap and texture strong and appealing.
