Customers praise the product for its high pet friendliness and usefulness, noting that cats love it and it effectively protects furniture from scratching. The item offers good value and is easy to assemble. However, customers have mixed opinions about durability, with some reporting that the ball and rope detach quickly while others find it holds up well over time. Additionally, reviewers note that the product is on the smaller side, making it better suited for kittens than adult cats.
