Cascade presents Bio-Sponge Replacement Pads for Cascade Max Flow Canister Aquarium Filters. This 2-Pack of Cascade Bio-Sponge Pads is specially designed for Cascade Max Flow Canister Filters, allowing for simple and easy media replenishment. Don’t worry about cutting to size, these pads fit directly into media trays within the Cascade Max Flow. Great for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Physical & Biological Filtration: These replacement Bio-Sponge Pads optimize the colonization of anaerobic bacteria, along with providing mechanical filtration that traps large particulate matter. 2-Pack: The package contains 2 Bio-Sponges. Although they are disposable, they can be reused time and time again. Simply clean the Bio-Sponges in a separate container within some of your aquarium’s water. This allows for the colony of anaerobic bacteria to remain intact with the Bio-Sponges. Proficient & Prolonging: Our Bio-Sponge Pads help prevent the clogging of finer filter media, allowing for them to perform better at their own tasks, which improves overall filtration. On the other hand, they extend the lifespan of other media and the filter itself.
