Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and excellent value for money. Many reviewers highlight the ease of assembly, with some noting it can be done by one person in about an hour. The quality is generally considered good, with the product described as sturdy and well-made. However, some customers noted that the side rails are thin and could be easily damaged, and that staples are visible on the headboard, making it appear less refined.
