Customers praise the product's strong performance, particularly its effectiveness in picking up pet hair, and appreciate its ease of use and lightweight design. Key features like the FurFinder headlights, tangle-free brush roll, and self-standing capability are frequently highlighted as beneficial. However, some users express concerns about the battery life, noting that it may not last long enough for extensive cleaning sessions, and a few mention the dustbin capacity being small.
