Customers praise the product for its easy assembly and attractive appearance, noting it looks great and can almost pass for a sofa. The size, particularly the rare full size option, is a significant plus for guests. Reviewers also highlight the good quality and comfort of the daybed, with some mentioning it is sturdy and well-made. However, there are concerns regarding the mattress grid base being cheaply made and the spacing of the slats, which may not provide adequate mattress support.
