Customers appreciate the rug's beautiful appearance and the added texture it brings to their living spaces. The material is noted for having a softer feel than expected for jute. However, there are significant concerns regarding the color, with many reviews stating it does not match the online depiction and appears muddy or mottled. Some customers also reported issues with durability, including fraying at the ends and potential snagging from furniture.
