RSG Hydration Flask

From the image I thought the bowl came with it. It does not so that was a bit upsetting for the price paid. The description (which I had to find) is confusing because one section says the bladder holds 7oz and another says 12oz. Neither of which is enough water for a large dog on a 1 mile hike. The water doesn't stay cold and I had no way to clean the container so after a few months, no matter how I tried to dry it, we ended up with mold inside the bladder and had to throw it away. Poor design. I was not happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this water flask and all the other additions to the RSG utility belt. Instead of carrying around a water bottle, this flask easily clips to the utility belt or one of my pant loops to provide cool water for my pup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have if you live in the south or any other hot/humid zones. Holds enough water to hydrate your dog, but if you have more than 1 dog you may need additional flasks. At the very least, this will help reduce the weight of additional water. The only thing I wish it came with is a collapsible water bowl. To let your dog drink as it is without a bowl you'll end up wasting most of the water, but it's better to have something than nothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sturdy, well-made product. You can clip it on your utility belt or on your dog’s harness, which is very convenient. I’m just a bit disappointed with the small capacity of the bladder (12 oz).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good for taking to the park my dog or to travel its perfect cause it fit a good portion of water and don't need to water to bring 5 or more bottle of water and the dog can carry there own water..thats a good product

We live in Texas so it gets hot. I used to just take a collapsible bowl and share my water bottle with my pup when we were hiking. Now that he is full grown at 20 pounds and we can hike further, my 24 oz water bottle is not enough for both of us. I love the turquoise color of this line of products. They seem to be built really well at the seams and zippers and the fabric is thick and sturdy itself. I LOVE how I can strap it on to the Kurgo harness and my pup can carry his own water so it's easy to access and I'm not loaded down with lots of things over my shoulders and I can still pack light to be able to hike without a full back pack. Great purchase!

A little smaller than I would like also the covers on the water thermos kept falling off

My puppy plays very rough and this housing has had held up well without to many scratches even against concrete. The unit has also survived the rain and even a couple of soapy collar washing, so it’s pretty water tight. The switch behind the unit generally stays on when you want and off as well, it doesn’t turn or off unexpectedly.
