I ordered this deep fryer because it offered two individual baskets. This feature is definitely a game when it comes to preparing fried foods especially those where the taste of the food item has a different taste than expected. For instance, frying shrimp in the same oil as mozzarella sticks would not to appetizing to the diner. The various temperature variations allows me to prepare two separate meals which may require different cooking times. I especially like that my meals are ready at the same time rather than frying one item and setting it aside while the second item cooks. The stainless steel fryer is durable and light weight yet sturdy. As a single person, the capacity of the baskets is ideal for me to prepare small portions for each meal.
