Customers praise the product for its sturdiness and quality construction, noting that it is well-made and solid. The appearance is frequently highlighted as beautiful and attractive. Assembly is generally considered easy, with many reviewers finding the process straightforward. The comfort of the seating is also a positive point, with customers finding the chairs pleasant to sit in. However, some reviews mention that the cushions could be thicker and that the white cushions may stain easily. There are also isolated comments about a strong smell from the cushions and the need for protectors to prevent noise when moving the furniture.
