Customers generally find this product comfortable and easy to assemble, with many appreciating its compact size for smaller spaces. The lift functionality and overall operation are frequently praised. However, there are significant concerns regarding the product's size, with several reviewers stating it is too small for average-sized individuals, despite its advertised weight capacity. Some also noted that comfort could be improved with more lumbar support.
