The New Yorker Soaker Tub by MTI Baths is a deep soaking tub with strong curves and an oval body for a modern feel. This tub is crafted with extra insulation to keep your water warm and luxurious for longer than ever. The Designer Collection by MTI Baths is a selection of thoughtfully designed and handcrafted products, manufactured in DoloMatte® or Acrylic CXL®, which are both attractive, durable, and easy to maintain.

Features

DoloMatte® begins is a thick, American-made solid-surface slab of specialty polymer blended with ground minerals that is consistent in color and property.
It is thermoformed with a mold, and the back is reinforced with a thick layer of fiberglass, resin, and titanium. The backing adds strength, structural integrity, and increased insulation. And it also helps keep bath water warm. The product is then hand-finished.
Consistent color throughout the thickness of this high-performance material provides a finish that is renewable for long-term durability and beauty.
Ergonomically designed interiors for supreme comfort. High-density material and superior construction keep water warm longer for extended soaking therapy.

Product Care: MTI recommends cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and any mild dish soap and water. Fingerprints may be removed with denatured alcohol applied to a soft cloth. Use common household, non-abrasive cleaners for most cleaning jobs. Use cleaners labeled specifically for use on plastic. Follow the manufacturer’s directions and precautions. Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth. Never use any type of "scrubbing bubbles" or aerosol spray cleaners on your product. Do not use harsh chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, paint thinner, chloride solvents, or other solvents with strong acids or bases. Also, avoid any cleaners that include lime removal agents such as CLR or lime away. For more stubborn stains, a mild abrasive cleaner such as soft scrub, bon ami, or Barkeeper's Friend may be used. A gray or red scotch brite pad may be used. Do not allow nail polish, nail polish remover, hair dye, wintergreen oil, dry cleaning solution, lacquer thinners, gasoline, pine oil, etc. To come in contact with the DoloMatte® surface. Avoid using razor blades or other sharp objects that might scratch the surface. Small scratches may be removed by sanding with 600-grit wet/dry paper followed by cleaning with a mildly abrasive cleaner such as those noted above.
