Customers praise the product's quality and appearance, noting that the color is true to online images and the rug is well-made. The material is appreciated for its tight weave and rubber backing, which prevents slipping. However, many customers find the rug uncomfortable and rough on bare feet, with some describing it as hard and painful to walk on.
