Customers find the product to be very beautiful and stylish, with many receiving compliments on its appearance. Reviewers also note its good quality and ease of installation, making it a great accent piece. However, some customers have experienced issues with the gold finish rubbing off over time, particularly when exposed to water, which detracts from the overall elegant look.
