Customers report that the product is durable and provides good entertainment for dogs, keeping them occupied for extended periods. The ease of use is also highlighted, with many finding it simple to fill with treats or peanut butter. However, opinions on the material are mixed, as some customers found it to be not durable enough for aggressive chewers, while others praised its strength. The design is generally well-received, particularly the ability to link multiple units together.
