Customers appreciate the product's appealing appearance, stylish design, and comfortable seating for relaxing or sleeping. However, opinions on size are mixed, with some noting it works well for smaller spaces or children, while others find it smaller than expected. Additionally, many reviewers express dissatisfaction with the very low height of the product, noting that it sits almost flat on the ground.
