Customers praise the product for its quality, comfort, and value, with many highlighting the softness and coziness of the comforter and sheets. The included pillows are frequently mentioned as a positive accessory, noted for being firm yet soft and staying cool. The reversible design and attractive colors are also appreciated. Some reviews suggest the comforter may be thinner than anticipated, and there were minor comments about the fabric feeling like sleeping bag material and the need for ironing due to shrink-wrapping.
