Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and sophisticated style, noting it looks more expensive than it is and has the feel of real leather. However, opinions on comfort are mixed, with some finding it very comfortable while others report it is not comfortable and the padding flattens over time. Assembly is also a point of contention, with several reviewers finding it difficult and requiring two people.
