Customers praise the product's high quality and sturdy construction, noting it is well-built and rolls smoothly. The size is generally considered appropriate for multiple pets, with some reviewers fitting up to 50 lbs or two dogs. Ease of use is highlighted, with many finding it simple to assemble and for pets to get in and out. However, assembly is a significant concern for some, with multiple reviews citing difficult, time-consuming, and unclear instructions. There are also mixed opinions on the product's size, with some finding it too large and others noting it does not fit through standard doors.
