Our Modern Hardwood Black Walnut Shelves feature new wood, sealed with a furniture-grade clear coat. This protects the wood while allowing the intricate grain patterns to show through, and highlighting the naturally occurring patterns and colors. Shelves are available in 24", 36", and 48" widths and come with our Low Profile Brackets and all mounting hardware.
Our Low Profile Brackets provide a flush, floating shelf appearance while allowing the shelves to support significant amounts of weight when installed per the included instructions. Please note that the brackets must be mounted directly into wall studs.
Each shelf is glued and screwed to a substantial 11” depth, making them deep enough to provide excellent storage space. With a weight capacity of 100 lbs per shelf, these shelves can easily hold bowls, plates, potted plants, and any number of items you want to display or safely store. These Floating Black Walnut Shelves will provide a modern and stylish accent to any room.
Features
- Brackets must be mounted into studs. Each shelf can hold up to 50 lbs per bracket when installed as instructed.
- Measuring a substantial 11″ deep, these floating shelves are deep enough to provide excellent storage space and can hold up to 100 lbs per shelf when installed properly into studs.
- As is the same with any standard piece of furniture, our shelves are made of more than one piece of wood glued together to obtain depth. This prevents warping or bowing that occurs in boards that are 11″ deep naturally, so there will be varying natural grain patterns on each shelf. This enhances the beauty of these Black Walnut Deep Floating Shelves.
- The Low Profile Brackets must be mounted into wall studs. All standard shelves are routed to hit standard stud locations that are 16 apart in the center.
