Customers praise the product's lightweight design and powerful suction, making it easy to maneuver and effective on various surfaces. Its performance in picking up pet hair and dust is frequently highlighted. However, some users note that the vacuum does not stand upright on its own and that the dust container is small. The noise level is generally considered acceptable, with some finding it surprisingly quiet.
