Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, comfortable seating, and easy assembly. Many highlight the sturdy construction, solid wood material, and convenient built-in cup holders. However, opinions are mixed regarding the material quality and finish, with some reporting rough spots, paint blemishes, split wood, and a squeaky gliding motion.
