Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, lovely color, and solid quality. They appreciate the attractive design and well-made structure. However, opinions are mixed regarding assembly due to mislabeled parts and confusing instructions, as well as the size, with some finding it smaller than expected and not suitable for hanging files.
