Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, excellent quality, sturdy construction, and spacious storage options. They also appreciate that it comes fully assembled and ready to use. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, noting that the actual shades differ slightly from expectations, such as appearing more like a soft black, charcoal gray, or white-washed gray rather than solid black or white.
