Customers praise the product's quality, appearance, and sturdiness, noting it looks great and is well-built. However, there are significant concerns regarding the condition of the product upon arrival, with multiple reports of damage, scratches, and broken parts. Functionality is also a mixed bag, as while it holds shot glasses well, the precut spots may not fit other trinkets, and the door may not close perfectly.
