I ordered two one for myself and one for my son and we both love it

Highly Disappointed! I hardly ever write a negative review. I just dont because I know how much it can affect the ratings. But being a big company like this... You should know better! Especially after someone has spent hundreds of dollars on an item. The fountain itself came in pretty decent condition, but a piece off of the pump itself was broken, which makes it useless in the warm months. I am not giving a negative review based on the part being broken, although, when I addressed the issue and just to simply send me another pump even if I have to return this one, it seemed like nobody at the company cared. They acted like they wanted to make things better, but never followed up on anything, so that I think made me a little more angrier than I probably would have been. They also wanted all sorts of photos, part numbers, serial numbers, model numbers, proof that it was purchased and any packaging or brochures they came with it, like I was making the incident up when you clearly see in your customer database that I purchased the item. I guess there was a reason why this one was the last one left, and it was on sale. You fooled me once, but I have my eyes on you from now on.

Great little addition to our patio area… The only thing I can say is that you need little hands to put the pump in…my wife had to do it.

This is so adorable. The only complaint I have is there is no switch to turn it off. So I have to pull the plug each time. I don’t want to have it running 247.

Very disappointed! I bought this as a gift for a very special friend and in less than a year the paint started chipping, falling off and the fountain is cracking and worthless! Such a shame! This damage is merely from the sun!

My husband and I have been looking at this for a long time when it went on sale we was extremely happy so we got it and we absolutely love it just perfect for my patio

It leaks all the time and every where. Very disappointed..

So awesome, the night light is beautiful. A little smaller than I thought but made it work! The quality is very good, looks heavy but light enough for me to move.

This fountain is so adorable. I am giving it to my parents for an anniversary gift, but I wouldn’t mind one for myself.
