Verde Garden Umbrella Stand

Painterly brushstrokes, laid down loosely by hand, are what give Verde Garden its energy. The umbrella stand is the piece that proves the point, since nothing about a vessel for wet umbrellas needs to be beautiful and this one insists on it anyway. Italian artisans paint each Verde Garden Umbrella Stand over sculpted terra cotta, taking cues from historic Italian designs, which is why it settles just as comfortably into a traditional entry hall as a contemporary one. Terra cotta gives it the weight to stay upright when it is full. Handwash only. Park it by the front door for umbrellas and walking sticks, or move it to a corner of a room and fill it with tall branches instead.
