Basset turns an animal-inspired subject into a satisfying needlework project, with recognizable character and color that make the finished piece easy to display. This canvas-only half-stitch needlepoint project is best for stitchers who want to choose their own DMC, Ariadna, or Anchor thread palette while working from a pre-printed Gobelin tapestry canvas. Why this canvas: the printed design gives stitchers a clear visual guide; the canvas-only format lets crafters choose their preferred thread palette; the finished project works well as decorative handmade wall art. Product details: Printed on Zweigart canvas, 10-count finished size 18 x 24 cm (7.09 x 9.45 in) in 13 shades Half-stitch needlepoint is worked directly on the printed canvas, following the color areas and building the design with diagonal stitches until the full motif is covered. Thread is not included, so choose your own DMC, Ariadna or Anchor floss to bring it to life.
